TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. Browsing data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities).

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
Browsing Data
Browsing data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Web Site, for Web Site security purposes and to check its proper functioning, and could be used to ascertain liability in the event of any computer crimes to the detriment of the Web Site. The data collected are processed with computer tools and only residually with paper methods. For the processing of data related to the services of the Website, the Data Controller uses servers located within the European territory and computer systems located at the headquarters of the Data Controller. There are no plans to transfer them outside the European Union. Technical and organizational measures are taken in order to ensure an adequate level of security and prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. The data provided directly by the data subject are kept, depending on the purpose of processing, for times defined in the specific information provided to the data subjects with reference to the services provided referred to in this Web Site.

NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
With the exception of navigation data necessary to give effect to computer and telematic protocols, the provision of data by users through the various methods made available is free and optional.
