TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of monitoring the proper functioning of the services offered. Browsing data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities).

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of data through the sending of email messages, to the email addresses on the Website, implies the acquisition of the personal data of the interested party (necessary to deal with requests) as well as all personal data included in the communications.

METHODS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The data collected are processed with computer tools and only residually with paper methods. For the processing of data related to the services of the Website, the Data Controller uses servers located within the European territory and computer systems located at the headquarters of the Data Controller. There are no plans to transfer them outside the European Union. Technical and organizational measures are taken in order to ensure an adequate level of security and prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. The data provided directly by the data subject are kept, depending on the purpose of processing, for times defined in the specific information provided to the data subjects with reference to the services provided referred to in this Web Site.
NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
With the exception of navigation data necessary to give effect to computer and telematic protocols, the provision of data by users through the various methods made available is free and optional. However, failure to provide such data will result in the impossibility of being able to proceed with the requests forwarded or that the user intends to forward.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through the Website occurs in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
The website may use them in its original software or for inclusion of third party content and code.
